GAME 15 VS. DRESDEN WHITE
After a close game Friday night against Mooretown Wallaceburg looked to get back in the win column in Dresden versus the White team.

Wallaceburg had a little better start to the game than previous ones.  The managed to spend most of the time in the Dresden end and created more chances outshooting them 9-6.  Unfortunately Dresden managed to capitalize more on theirs and came out of the first with a 2-1 lead.

In the 2nd period Wallaceburg stepped it up even more and outshot Dresden 10-3.  Dresden's goalie played a great period Wallaceburg was able to take advantage of a goal by Ty Myers assisted by Aiden Latimer and the goalie Aiden MacDonald.  Although Wallaceburg's net minder wasn't as busy he did what he had to do to be perfect in the 2nd and give his team a chance for the win.

In the 3rd period Wallaceburg carried the momentum, once again outshooting Dresden 8-3.  Dresden still continued to battle hard and their goalie kept the game close.  Eventually with only a few minutes remaining Wallaceburg took the lead on an unassisted goal by Quinlan Fields; his second of the night.  This goal would prove to be enough as Wallaceburg was able to shut the door and go on to get their 14 league win and stay undefeated.  The "Player of the Game" Chain was shared by two players Quinlan Fields for great offensive work and Adam Atkins for his hard skating and work ethic.  Other players who made the game sheet were Ross Broadbent (1A) and Caiden Leach (1A).

Wallaceburg looks ahead to Tuesday night (their 1st of 3 games in 5 nights) when they play Wallaceburg #2 and look to continue their league success.
