Peewee Rep Win Gold at Rob Johnson Memorial Tournament
Congratulations to the Wallaceburg Peewee Rep for winning the Rob Johnson Memorial Tournament this past weekend.



Heading into round robin play on Friday night the boys faced North Middlesex and battled their way to a 4-2 win. Player of the Game was awarded to Reese Sands. On Saturday morning they played the host team Paris, and skated their way to a 3-1 victory. Player of the Game was awarded to Geremia Nappi. In the afternoon the boys squared off against the Shelbourne Wolves and came away with a 4-0 win which gave them a bye to the finals on Sunday. Player of the Game was Brayden Mitchell and Reece Parker earned the Tournament Shut Out award. On Sunday morning, Paris earned a semifinal win which set them up for a rematch in the finals against Wallaceburg. Wallaceburg jumped out to a 2-0 lead and defeated the host team 3-1. Player of the Game was awarded to Ryan Bowen.
