Schedule & Results, Atom AE, 2013-2014, U11 (Wallaceburg Minor Hockey Association )

Another great game was added to our season.  Wallaceburg showed aggressiveness playing probably their best physical game of the year matching the intensity of Lambeth.  The Golden Helmet Winner was goalie Aiden MacDonald voted by his teammates for keeping them in a 0-0 tie until 8 minutes were left in the game.  Lambeth scored again with 6 minutes to go but Wallaceburg battled back and eventually put one on the board by Jake Davis who made a nice play in front and sniped it home.   Unfortunately Wallaceburg ran out of time, literally the goal was scored at the buzzer.  As a coach I have to say how proud I am of this team, who game in and game out shows great resiliency against a lot of obstacles.  GREAT GAME EVERYONE - KEEP IT UP!!!
