Tyke 1 White, 2012-2013, U8 (Wallaceburg Minor Hockey Association )

Schedule for Tyke White for this tournament is : March 16th - 11:00am vs Dorchester March 17th - 11:00am vs Mooretown March 17th - 3:00pm vs Kingsville We will have a skills competition however the date and time is TBA. All players will participate in that event. Pizza lunch (promised by Coach Bill as Tyke White was successful in having no off-sides last game) will be had after our game against Mooretown. Tyke White maintained their 6-0 winning streak over the weekend. On Saturday the team travelled to West Lorne,  playing a strong defensive game winning 11-1. Player of the game Brayden Mitchell. On Sunday, Tyke White displayed what they do best, strong skating, shooting and defensive playing.  Winning 6-0 over Southwest. Player of the game - Nash Lane Tyke White record is 11-1 entering the 1/2 way point of their league games. All players have demonstrated a significant improvement in their overall hockey and teamwork skills. All coaches are very proud of all players!

Tyke White travelled to Tillsonburg over the weekend to play in the Tillsonburg Hockey Mom's tournament. On Saturday the team played two strong games first one against Tillsonburg willing  6-1. Player of the game - Brayden Sands. In their second game of the tournament Tyke White played against Belmont willing 5-4. Player of the game - Reece Parker This lead them to winning Division C and playing in the semi final game on Sunday. On Sunday tyke white met a strong team from Barrie losing in the semi final game 4-2 for Barrie. Player of the game Dracen Campbell. Great playing by all ...

Couple reminders to all parents. 1- Chocolate bar monies is due back to Kelly Trella by this Wednesday. 2-Ridgetown tournament entrance fee - $40/player. If we are successful with our chocolate bar fundraiser that money will be reimbursed however we need to submit our payment for this tournament to secure our spot. Please get this money to me ASAP if your child will be participating in this tournament. Thanks Kristen
