All team fundraisers must be submitted to the Hockey Parent Rep for approval. 

Please ensure you have reviewed the fundraising policy prior to submitting a proposal for a team fundraiser. 

All team fundraisers are split 75% profit to the team, and 25% profit to WMHA. This includes all in house 50/50 sales before games. All teams are permitted to sell 50/50 before their home games. Please connect with our Treasurer Chris Van Mensel at [email protected] for more information. 

Are you ready to start your fundraiser? Follow these steps to get started:

Step 1: Review the WMHA Fundraising Policy here.

Step 2: Decide on a fundraiser with your team.

Step 3: Submit your proposal for approval.

Step 4: Wait for approval from Courtney Dionne (Hockey Parent Rep).

Step 5: Complete your fundraiser! Good luck!

Step 6: Submit your fundraiser report within two weeks of completion.

Step 7: Submit 25% of your total profit to Chris Vanmensel (Treasurer) at [email protected] within two weeks of completion.
