All bench staff and on-ice volunteers must submit a current Police Record Check (including the Vulnerable Sector Search) to the OHF.
- If you live in Chatham-Kent, please apply online via the CK Police website - please CLICK HERE
- If you live outside Chatham-Kent, you will have to apply in person at the OPP station in Corunna.
- For either application, you will need a letter from WMHA as part of your request.
- Police Record Checks are valid for 3 years and as such the Association holds the right to request that a Declaration form may be filled out in years 2 and 3.
