Being a goalie isn’t easy.
In fact:

A goalie faces 20–40+ shots per game, often with only seconds to reset after each one.

Goalies are responsible for 100% of the last line of defense, requiring elite mental toughness and short-term memory.

The position demands advanced edge work, lightning-fast reaction time (often under 0.3 seconds to react to a shot!), and technical precision in every movement.
It’s one of the most challenging positions in sports, physically and mentally.
Having a dedicated goalie development in-house has been a game changer for our athletes.
If your goalie wants to sharpen their skills, build confidence, and finish the season strong, this is a fantastic opportunity.
Thank you to Coach Justin for his dedication to our goalie development this season.
