U5 Pre-School Equipment Pick Up
Attention U5 Pre-School Players!

It’s your turn to hit the ice in style!

We’re excited to announce that all U5 players who pre-ordered a FREE equipment starter kit can pick up their kit this Friday between 4:00 – 5:00 PM at the Wallaceburg Arena.

The first U5 practice of the season takes place on Friday from 5:00-6:00 at the Wallaceburg Memorial Arena.

Can’t make it during that time? No worries! Just send us a message and we’ll make arrangements to get your kit to you.

A very special thank you goes out to the family of the late Gerard Heuvelman, whose generous donation has made it possible for our newest Lakers to start their hockey journey with free equipment, easing the financial burden for families. As your player outgrows their gear, we encourage you to consider donating it back to WMHA or paying it forward to another child in our local community.

Players must be paid in full and have the Respect in Sport Course completed to be eligible for pick-up. For more information, please see the Respect in Sport section on our website: https://wallaceburghockey.com/.../Respect_in_Sport_Support_/

Kits will be held until this registration criteria has been met.

Starter Kits do not include helmet, stick, neck guard, skates, or under-protection. These are all necessary equipment pieces which will need to be purchased separately.

Kits must have been pre-ordered using the form previously shared. We will not be able to distribute kits to players who have not pre-ordered.

We can’t wait to see our youngest Lakers suited up and ready to play!

Tim Horton's
Timbits Minor Sports Program The Timbits Minor Sports Program is a community-oriented sponsorship program for children four to eight years old who participate in local house league sports teams. The program's philosophy is not based on winning or losing - but on learning a new sport, making new friends, and just taking time out to be a kid. Tim Hortons currently sponsors over 200,000 children who play on hockey, soccer, lacrosse, t-ball, baseball and ringette teams across Canada and in the United States. Each sponsored team is supplied with Timbits Minor Sports jerseys or T-shirts. Timbits hockey teams are often given the opportunity to play on-ice scrimmages during intermissions at Junior, American Hockey League (AHL) and National Hockey League (NHL) games. Timbits players are also given the opportunity to play in their own "Timbits Jamboree", a fun-filled Tim Hortons sponsored event where everyone receives a prize, food and beverages.
