Vaccine Proof to Play
Hello Laker Families,

 The OMHA and OWHA date of October 31,2021 for OMHA and November 1,2021 for OWHA is approaching for ALL Players 12 and up and ALL Coaches and Staff to show proof of being Fully Vaccinated. If you fail to show us proof, that player and staff member will be suspended until this is completed. 

 Please send proof of to [email protected] by October 31 for OMHA Players and Staff and November 1 for OWHA player and staff.
