9:00-10:00am    novice/atom
10:00– 11:00am  peewee/bantam

Sarnia Arena:
1:00-2:00pm  novice/atom
2:00-3:00pm  peewee/bantam


$20 per player (includes insurance & HST)

POWER SKATING            -technique, stride and edge work

-mechanics of thrust recovery and weight transfer

-     agility and turning

                                        -acceleration

-stride lengthening & power stride strength

PUCK SKILLS                   -stick handling & shooting mechanics

                                        -quick release shots

                                        -puck protection
