Girls Hockey Day in Wallaceburg
Girls Hockey Day is taking place in Wallaceburg on January 2nd.
Wallaceburg Minor Hockey has three Girls teams this year (Atom, PeeWee and Bantam) and by chance all three teams play at home on the 2nd.
The Bantam’s play at 2:10pm, the Atom’s at 3:40 p.m. and the PeeWee’s are at 4:50 p.m.
Minor Hockey is going to do a fundraiser for Cystic Fibrosis on this day, as they have a family who has 5 daughters, 2 of them have Cystic Fibrosis and one of which plays hockey on the Atom Girls hockey team. One of the other daughters plays on the PeeWee Girls team however, she does not have CF.
There will be some raffle prizes, 50/50 draw, a bake sale and donations will be gathered at the gate.
