59th Minor Hockey Weekend
Just a reminder that this is the 59th minor Hockey weekend in Wallaceburg, so please come out and enjoy the fun at the rink!

Games start at 6:00pm Friday and continue through to Sunday at 10:00pm.

Check the website calendar game times.

All teams home and visitors will be served pizza or donuts (only the first three games on Saturday), pop or juice, and a bag of chips.

Please make sure that the visiting team is aware of this and encouraged to come upstairs after there game to enjoy.

Also on Saturday the Hockey Moms have arranged for a craft and bake sale, and will also have some  exciting raffle baskets that all of the teams have donated so you won't want to miss this.

Timbits Minor Sports Program The Timbits Minor Sports Program is a community-oriented sponsorship program for children four to eight years old who participate in local house league sports teams. The program's philosophy is not based on winning or losing - but on learning a new sport, making new friends, and just taking time out to be a kid. Each sponsored team is supplied with Timbits Minor Sports jerseys or T-shirts. Timbits hockey teams are often given the opportunity to play on-ice scrimmages during intermissions at Junior, American Hockey League (AHL) and National Hockey League (NHL) games. Timbits players are also given the opportunity to play in their own "Timbits Jamboree", a fun-filled Tim Hortons sponsored event where everyone receives a prize, food and beverages.
