Wallaceburg vs Mooretown 1
Sunday night hockey at the barn. Well this game didn't disappoint. we knew this game was going to be a challenge and Mooretown came to play. Wallaceburg came out flying in the first period controlling the tempo of the game and scored twice to take a 2 nothing lead at the end of the first. I don't know what happened in the second but Wallaceburg let up on the gas giving Mooretown the chance to take over, and thats exactly what they did. Controlling the second Mooretown came back scoring twice tying the game at
2-2. Third period...didn't know what was going to happen but both teams came out flying providing end to end action. Finally at 8:02 Wallaceburg found the back of the net securing a 3-2 victory. We know we squeaked by with the win, the boys found a way to rebound back to get the win. Hard work continues to pay off, never quit till the game is over. Proud of you boys!!!!!
We have a big weekend ahead of us heading into the Mooretown tournament, and guess who our first opponent is, that right ......Mooretown 1
