Girls Hockey Teams Tryout Registration is now open

Select "Available Participant Packages" and register under the appropriate category for next season.

Stay tuned for tryout dates & locations as this will be posted shortly. Plan for them to be held end of April and early May.

We are currently in the process of interviewing and selecting our coaches for our 2023/2024 season and will make an announcement soon.

U11 C
U13 HL/C
U13 B
U15 B
U18 B

Note: The team levels listed above are based on the intention of WMHA. The actual level will be determined based on the talent/ability of the players selected.

Our girls teams have seen tremendous success this season! Including two Silverstick Championships and two BAD Blazers tournament championships.

Our U15 Girls team has also advanced to their league championship game and our U11 and U15 Girls teams have punched their ticket to OWHA Provincial Championships in Toronto!

Timbits Minor Sports Program The Timbits Minor Sports Program is a community-oriented sponsorship program for children four to eight years old who participate in local house league sports teams. The program's philosophy is not based on winning or losing - but on learning a new sport, making new friends, and just taking time out to be a kid. Tim Hortons currently sponsors over 200,000 children who play on hockey, soccer, lacrosse, t-ball, baseball and ringette teams across Canada and in the United States. Each sponsored team is supplied with Timbits Minor Sports jerseys or T-shirts. Timbits hockey teams are often given the opportunity to play on-ice scrimmages during intermissions at Junior, American Hockey League (AHL) and National Hockey League (NHL) games. Timbits players are also given the opportunity to play in their own "Timbits Jamboree", a fun-filled Tim Hortons sponsored event where everyone receives a prize, food and beverages.

The Dodge Caravan Kids program is a joint effort between participating minor hockey associations and Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat®, Jeep® and Ram retailers. It provides up to $500 in funding and access to exclusive hockey benefits to novice-level hockey teams across Canada. The goal of Dodge Caravan Kids is to help enrich the game of hockey for participating coaches, players and their families, and represents one of FCA Canada's key community efforts.
